Terms of service

By using FirmaTal you accept these terms. They govern the relationship between you and Webkonsulenterne A/S as the operator of the service.
1. About the service
FirmaTal provides a lookup API and a public company directory sourced from the Danish CVR register and the Norwegian Brønnøysund registers. Data is pulled from the official registers and refreshed on an ongoing basis. We do not vouch for the contents of the registers and cannot correct errors here -- rectification must happen in the source register.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email and protect your API key. The key is a secret like a password and must not be shared. Traffic from your account is attributed to you until you rotate or delete the key on /dashboard.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to circumvent our quotas, to direct marketing at advertising-protected companies, or to resell the register data as if it were your own source. Breach may result in account termination without notice.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider Frisbii. Prices are on /priser. Refund terms are described on /refunds. We may adjust prices with 30 days notice; the change takes effect at your next renewal.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of register data. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you have paid for the most recent 12 months of use.
6. Governing law and venue
This agreement is governed by Danish law. Venue is your home court if you are a consumer, otherwise the District Court of Aarhus.
