This notice describes how Webkonsulenterne A/S processes personal data as the controller for firmatal.dk. For processing of register data on customers behalf, see the data processing agreement at /dpa.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash, billing details. Usage data: API traffic and error logs to the extent necessary to run the service and invoice correctly. We do not store dates of birth even though the source registers publish them.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process account data to deliver the service (contract), to invoice (legal obligation) and to improve the product (legitimate interest). We only send service-related messages -- verification, receipts, operational notices -- and never marketing without your consent.
3. Retention
Account data is deleted no later than 30 days after account termination. Accounting records are kept for 5 years under Danish bookkeeping law. Logs are anonymised after 90 days.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use sub-processors for hosting, email and payments -- the list is in the data processing agreement on /dpa. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection. Write to us to exercise them. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe processing is unlawful.
6. Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you signed in and one preference cookie for light/dark mode. We use no third-party tracking cookies.
